Key points of the FarmCo producer agreement:

Platform only — FarmCo is a marketplace. All food safety and product liability rests with you as the producer.

Commission — FarmCo charges a commission on your base price. Your individual rate is confirmed on approval.

Fulfilment — You must prepare and hand over all orders at your collection point on the agreed collection day and confirm fulfilment through the portal.

Late fulfilment — Failure to confirm by Friday 10:00 without notice may result in a £10 administration fee per occurrence.

Payments — FarmCo pays producers on Mondays for the previous week's fulfilled orders.

Removal — FarmCo may suspend or remove producers for food safety concerns, non-fulfilment, or breach of terms.
